Land Ark is a natural penetrating oil finish for all types of woodwork (and Earthen Floors too), without heavy metal dryers or petroleum products. Our products are totally non-toxic, biodegradable, and sustainable. We are committed to keeping our products safe for those who work with them, but especially for those who live with them in their home. We make Land Ark because we LOVE wood and we want only the highest quality ingredients that are not only safe to use, but bring out the best in wood. We have several LEED appropriate finishes and our solvent is made of pure food grade Orange Oil. And Land Ark is made right here in Western Oregon!

We choose only the highest quality, all natural ingredients for our finishes with NO added dryers, heavy metals or petroleum products. We do business with as many local vendors and manufacturers as possible and are committed to extensive recycling throughout our shop and offices as well as promoting recycling of our packaging. Our shop uses little electricity with a solar system underway, our roof runoff waters a huge food and herb garden right outside the door and we only use composting toilets for our commercial and personal facilities. We are committed to running a company with honesty, progressive thinking and amazing customer service! We are totally committed to doing business the way we believe it should be done.
