Holistic practitioners work in a variety of fields, but are all trained to help heal a person back to wholeness through non-invasive methods. Some approaches to holistic practices are through teaching, and include nutritional and other health related practices and personal counseling, while other parts of holistic practices focus on bringing a person back to wholeness through body work such as reflexology, massage, yoga, and chiropractics, and acupuncture, among others.
